Sometimes clients wish to change their garden but require inspiration from a design consultation.
After spending some time in their garden Liz can guide clients on potential changes and offer ideas about how to implement them. It is possible that after this visit they have enough advice and inspiration to continue independently with a garden design.
This is a verbal consultation.
If clients then choose to commission a full design, the fee for this visit is offset against the design fee.
To discuss a potential consultation and to understand the process in more detail please get in touch via the details on the contact page.
Sometimes clients have an area of land which does not need re-designing but that would benefit from a comprehensive planting plan. This could be anything from a large border to a field or woodland area.
A planting plan indicates the types of plants to be used in the design, specifying species and variety. It also includes the quantity and size of plants and illustrates where they should be placed.
When produced as part of a design service a planting plan ensures the finished garden looks as it was intended and adds cohesion and structure to the overall design. When requested in isolation, the planting scheme still relates to its environment yet adds a distinct feel to the space.
Once the plan has been agreed Liz can source and supply the plants and work alongside contractors for placing and planting.
